How It Works

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to see if HydraBloom is right for your skin.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product for a refund — no hard feelings.

Conditions

  • The item must be returned before a refund is issued.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • The original $5 shipping fee from your order is non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@hydrabloomskin.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions and our return address.

  3. Ship your product back within 30 days of delivery.
